Barry Salzman, Attorney at Law
University of Florida graduate in 1964 and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University, College of Law in 1967, Mr. Salzman was admitted to practice before all state courts, federal courts in Florida, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Community Involvement
Past service as Judge of Industrial Claims, adjunct professor of law with appointments to several statewide committees and boards, including the Department of Labor Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee, Governor's Workers' Compensation Task Force, and Workers' Compensation Oversight Board, the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section and as past chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
Barry has been in service on the Board of Directors and as Board President of Gulfcoast Legal Services, providing legal services to the poor.
He has been involved in volunteer work for the needy through St. Petersburg Bar Community Law Program.
